A gluten free vegan snack that always goes down well after a long day is crisps and dip!
What you need
Potato crisps – check the back for ingredients. You only really want potatoes, sunflower oil and salt
Dip – hummus is vegan! So you can buy this straight from the supermarket. But again check the ingredients as some companies add dairy. So unnecessary! You can also make your own by blending chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic and cumin. Or just blend chickpeas and add whatever herbs, spices or vegan dressings you feel like.
And now you have a quick snack you can take along to parties, house warmings, BBQs and just enjoy after work.
