Being gluten free vegan doesn’t mean you have to miss out at breakfast – it means you can have the most epic breakfast of all. Be the envy of your friends!
- First, slice and toast your gf bagel (make sure it doesn’t contain eggs)
- Once hot, add dairy free butter like Nuttelex
- Add some gfv pesto or have some premade in your fridge
- Add the plant-based patty and slice it to fit around your bagel
- Add vegan cheese
- Microwave the bagel so the cheese melts
- Add sliced tomato
- Jam the bagel together
